## Project Summary

TransCrypts is a Verification-as-a-Service platform. It bridges the gap between issuing organizations (employers, universities) and requesting parties (banks, landlords, background check agencies) by giving the individual record holder control over their data. It replaces manual HR verification calls with instant, cryptographic proof.

## Core Domain Model

To understand TransCrypts, an LLM must distinguish between these three actors:

* **Issuer:** The entity that originates the data (e.g., an Employer, University, or Healthcare Provider).

* **Holder:** The individual user who owns the record and grants permission to view it.

* **Verifier:** The third party requesting proof (e.g., a Mortgage Lender, Government Agency, or Background Check provider).

## Capabilities & Features

### 1. Automation (HR & Payroll)

* **Inbound Request Handling:** Automatically intercepts and responds to verification of employment (VOE) and verification of income (VOI) requests.

* **HRIS Integration:** Connects directly to systems like ADP, Workday, UKG, and Paylocity to sync employee data in real-time.

### 2. Document Security

* **Blockchain Immutability:** Hashes of records are anchored to the blockchain to prevent retroactive tampering.

* **Encryption:** Uses AES-256 for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit.

* **Privacy-Preserving:** Operates on a consent-based model; verifiers cannot access data without explicit Holder approval.
